Event: RISE Real Estate Group Launch Event

North Bay Village is on the rise and undergoing a transformation fueled by real estate—bringing a range of residential accommodation, waterfront food & beverage destinations, a new community center in partnership with the Argentine Football Association, and long stretches of idyllic island walk. 

To support this growth and expansion, the NBV Chamber is launching a real estate group called RISE (Real estate, Innovation, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship). 

The group will meet regularly and be a collaborative venue to support local real estate businesses and professionals in the industry. 

The sessions will allow real estate professionals and organizations to:

• Share ideas

• Discuss relevant topics (including zoning, marketing strategies, Village/staff engagement)

• Collaborate

• Support one another

• Share expertise

We will launch the RISE Real Estate Group on November 4 at 6.30pm at the Pagani Residences sales gallery on Harbor Island in North Bay Village, graciously hosted by NBV Chamber Founding Member Riviera Horizons.

The launch event will include:

• Social: Networking, drinks, and light bites

• Pagani Residences presentation and discussion: An overview of Pagani Residences with Goritza Draskovich (Pagani Sales Director), as well as discussion with Mikael Hamaoui (Riviera Horizons Founder & CEO) and Paul Bensabat (Strategic & Investment Partner)

• Panel discussion: A spirited Q&A session with NBV commissioners on the future of North Bay Village

• Ideation activity: A facilitated and interactive visioning activity to define topics for future RISE sessions
