Join us for a truly spice-tacular night at Rasoi Indian Kitchen—one of our proud Chamber members—as we take a delicious journey into the heart of Indian cuisine.

Prepare to roll up your sleeves and stir up some yummy magic as you:

• Learn the key ingredients in the centuries-old grandma recipes

• Observe a live cooking demonstration by the Rasoi chefs

• Explore the secrets behind essential Indian spices

• Get hands-on in a friendly cook-off challenge

• Plate your dish like a pro—so everyone sees and tastes the results!

Participants will be on teams (Team Masala, Team Marinade, Team Naan, Team Tandoor, and Team Curry), and he judged in the areas of learning, accuracy, taste, presentation, and team spirit. 

All the action, the behind-the-scenes fun, and the plated masterpieces will be captured as teams journey to bring the most masala to the table!

Points will be awarded for everything from keen learning ability, to accuracy, taste, presentation with Bonus points for Team Spirit!

Expect laughter, learning, community, and of course incredible food.
